Community Safety & Support
The North Shore BIA are a key partner in solution finding for our business community.
We work on behalf of you, our member, by being a partner in the Community Action Team Task Force, liaising with community responsibility organizations, advocating for enhancements and programs that increase perceptive safety, as well as undertaking programs such as the CAP Team.
We also provide information and access to programs and services for you, as a business owner.

Member Incentive Programs
Lighting Programs (coming soon)
We are working with potential partners to provide affordable lighting solutions to business for energy conservation, security and other needs.
In 2019 the NSBIA will be working with our partners on a new Mural Program for the entire Shore. If you are a business owner who would like to participate, fill out the Mural interest form (coming soon) and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PRIDE on the Shore program
Each Spring and Fall the BIA will pay up to 50% of the cost of pressure washing or cleaning the signs, front, and sidewalk of your business to a maximum of $250.00. Dates and considerations for the program are announced in the member newsletter in March and September.
