ARPA Developments have requested a letter of support for the project at 209 Royal Avenue, called Thompson Landing.

Due to restrictions placed by the city, this project will not have any commercial zones as we had originally hoped (riverfront market style options).

In general terms we are in support of housing in our neighbourhoods which densify, support a continuum of housing, and expanded residential inventory.

This project is also within walking distance of our commercial zones and will serve to and deliver much needed diversity to the edge of our commercial zone, which may further support revitalization in the area.
