Applications must be approved by our office.
You will receive confirmation via email from our office, to the email entered in this form.
Specific cultural requirements are needed to participate in the Tapestry Festival.

Event Details

1) Yew Street Block Party is May 23rd, 2026 2:00pm to 6:00pm at 107 Yew Street, in front of the food hall.

2) Set up time for the event is between 11:00 am and 1:00pm. Late arrival may result in removal from the event due to site access restrictions.

3) Removal of exhibits, tents and materials MUST must be completed by 7pm, on event day.

4) Vendors are licensed under a blanket business license with the NSBIA. The exception to this is Food Vendors who MUST be approved by the City and Interior Health

1) Overlanders Day is July 19, 2026 10:00am to 3:00 pm at Brocklehurst Rec Center, 2470 Fleetwood Avenue, in the sports field

2) Set up time for the event is between 7:00 am and 9:00am. Late arrival may result in removal from the event.

3) Removal of exhibits, tents and materials MUST must be completed by 4:30 pm, on event day.

4) Vendors are licensed under a blanket business license with the NSBIA. The exception to this is Food Vendors who MUST be approved by the City and Interior Health

ALL Exhibits are REQUIRED to reflect a traditional cultural group. No exhibitors will be approved without an understanding of the cultural group you represent.

1) Tapestry Festival is Sept 19th, 2026 11:00am to 4:00 pm at McDonald Park, 501 McDonald Ave from 11am to 4:00pm.

2) Set up time for the event is between 8:00 am and 10:00am. Late arrival may result in removal from the event due to site access restrictions.

3) Removal of exhibits, tents and materials MUST must be completed by 5:00pm, on event day.

4) Vendors are licensed under a blanket business license with the NSBIA. The exception to this is Food Vendors who MUST be approved by the City and Interior Health

1) Christmas Tree lighting Festival is Dec 06, 2026 at Spirit Square, 107 Yew Street, beside the Yew Street Food Hall from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

2) Set up time for the event is between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.

3) Removal of exhibits, tents and materials MUST must be completed by 6:30pm, on event day.

4) Vendors are licensed under a blanket business license with the NSBIA. The exception to this is Food Vendors who MUST be approved by the City and Interior Health

1) Vendors are expected to be set up no less than 60 minutes PRIOR to the start of events

2) Booth spaces are a maximum of 10x10 feet. multiple booths can be booked by selecting that option below.

3) Electricity is not available to Exhibitors and vendors, you can bring your own power source. You MUST select "bring own power" for site mapping purposes. f you bring your own power, you will be placed on the outside perimeter.

4) Fees must be paid no less than 14 days prior to the event. Unpaid fees will result in removal from the event.

5) Registration can be cancelled not less that 14 days prior to the event date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations less than 14 days in advance
